The Brown and Gold PAC is only effective as the resources we can command to support endorsed candidates, educate the public and our Brotherhood, train our Brothers to run for elected office, and support efforts to mobilize voters. To that end, we are launching our first fundraising campaign – Campaign 1963.
We are inviting you to contribute any dollar variation of 1963 (e.g., $196, $163, $369, or even $63) to support our public affairs agenda. Per Federal Election Commission (FEC) rules, you can contribute a maximum of $5,000 for a calendar year. Contributions to the PAC are not tax-deductible and are independent of any membership commitments (e.g., national dues, chapter dues) to the fraternity. The PAC can also receive contributions from individuals outside of the fraternity.
To contribute to Brown and Gold PAC, use the QR Code or this link. When you use the QR Code, the legally incorporated name of the political action committee – It Takes A Man Political Action Committee – will appear. We do business as (d/b/a) Brown and Gold PAC. It is the same.
When making a contribution you must complete the donation form below and send it to: brown.goldpac@iotaphitheta.org.
Your contribution will:
• Support the endorsed candidates of Brown and Gold PAC
• Educate the Brotherhood and the public on our 5-Star Public Policy Framework
• Support GOTV (Get-Out-the-Vote) efforts of Iota chapters in targeted communities
• Support Brown and Gold PAC related programming
We appreciate your support.
